The Blue & Brown course road crossing time has been removed from total finish times on these courses. However a split of 10 seconds has been re-inserted for all on these courses so that the splits reports, Splitsbrowser and Routegadget correctly show the road crossing (rather than a missing control). This means that the split to the next control is reduced by 10 seconds to compensate.
