Ian Nixon didn't clear and start his card, so there was no time to the first control (that's where his card actually starts from zero). Rather than disqualify him, I have awarded him the slowest time to number 1 based on everyone else's time to this control. Looking at his results overall, it appears that he gets around a 9 minute penalty for this. I believe that this is the fairest action rather than DSQ. Any complaints to me as usual.
