  The E-Results Lite program may be downloaded free of charge from the E-Results website.
• Runners List/Entry Form - Runners List Form (Excel spreadsheet). Units bringing a group of runners to MLS events are encouraged to enter their runners on this form and bring it to Registration each week. This will speed up Registration for yourself and everyone else.
• How to Extract control codes from Ocad or Condes - Instruction Sheet (PDF). Use these instructions to provide the control codes for the emit computer team.
